Ann-Margret
was born as Ann-Margret Olsen in Sweden. She was discovered by
George Burns in the late 50s and added to his club act. With
her beauty and body, it was always a pleasure to watch her dance.
Soon, she started appearing in movies, such as "Pocketful
of Miracles", "Bye Bye Birdie" and "State
Fair". She later broke out of the mold (as a singer/dancer
in movies) with sultry roles in movies such as "Il Tigre",
which also featured her first on-screen nudity. She later showed
skin in "R.P.M.", "C.C. and Company" and
"Carnal Knowledge". She's also a fine actress and was
nominated for two Academy Awards, one for "Carnal Knowledge"
and one for "Tommy". |
